Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to customers’ use of all products offered by LynxLab LLP. (“SyneHQ”). Capitalized terms used below but not defined in this policy have the same meaning set forth in the Main Services Agreement (“MSA”).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the SyneHQ Platform or help anyone else to do so. For example, you will not do or attempt to do any of the following in connection with the SyneHQ Platform:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or violate the integrity of the SyneHQ Platform, including by breaching any security or authentication measures.

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.

• Access, tamper with, or use parts of the SyneHQ Platform to which you have not been invited.

• Submit or distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or other destructive content.

• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other unauthorized means to access the SyneHQ Platform.

• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of third parties, including by submitting or sharing content without appropriate authorization.

• Harass any SyneHQ personnel, representatives, or agents performing support or other services on behalf of SyneHQ.

• Engage in or encourage any activity that is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful to others' rights or to SyneHQ’s business operations or reputation.

• Violate applicable laws or regulations in any way.

SyneHQ reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this policy, including suspending a user or customer.

Privacy Policy for Data Collection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy describes the types of information collected from you, and our practices for collection, use, maintenance, protection, and disclosure.

Information We Collect:

• Personal information: name, address, email, phone, etc.

• Non-identifiable data about your use of the platform.

• Device, connection, and usage details.

How We Collect Data:

• Directly from you when you provide it.

• Automatically as you use our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Present our services and contents to you.

• Provide information, products, or services you request.

• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

• Notify you about changes to the SyneHQ platform or products.

• Allow participation in platform features.

We do not sell or disclose your personal information except for the purposes outlined or where required by law. Aggregated data and non-personal information may be disclosed without restriction.
