Self-Hosting & Data Residency: SyneHQ never stores your databases or sensitive information. All data processing is performed within your server or cloud infrastructure. You have full control and visibility—zero data footprint at SyneHQ.
Encryption & Security Controls: Data in transit and at rest is protected using enterprise-grade encryption. SyneHQ enforces strict authentication, access controls, regular security audits, and SOC2 compliance standards.
No Use for AI/ML Training: SyneHQ does not use customer data to train AI models or for any machine learning purposes. Data is not shared with third parties for model development.
Zero Third-Party Data Sharing: Your information is not sold, transferred, or shared with external parties except as necessary to operate platform features you request (e.g., integrations with Slack, authorized cloud backup providers).
