Lynxlab LLP, doing business as SyneHQ (“SyneHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides an AI-powered data analytics and orchestration platform for individuals, teams, and enterprises. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of SyneHQ’s website, platform, and related services. By registering or using SyneHQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SyneHQ, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use SyneHQ’s services.

2. Modification of Terms

SyneHQ reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Effective Date” above and posting the revised Terms on our website/platform. Continued use of SyneHQ after any changes constitutes acceptance of those Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

3. Platform Access and Usage

• License Grant

  • Subject to your compliance, SyneHQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use its platform and services for personal or internal business purposes. No commercial resale, data mining, or unauthorized automation is allowed.

• Fair Usage

  • Your usage must remain within plan limits (see Pricing Page). Excessive or abusive use may result in suspension or termination, in accordance with SyneHQ’s Fair Usage Policy.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use SyneHQ for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform.

• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

• Breach the security or integrity of data sources and integrations.

5. Integration with Third-Party APIs

SyneHQ may integrate with external APIs (e.g., cloud databases, Slack, etc.) as you configure. You are responsible for valid credentials and permissions for any third-party connections. SyneHQ does not persist or export sensitive data from these integrations; all processing occurs within your own environment.

6. User Generated Content & Data

• Ownership

  • You retain all rights to data, queries, and content you submit or upload. By using SyneHQ, you grant us limited rights to process your content solely to provide platform features.

• Prohibited Content

  • SyneHQ reserves the right to disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful or unlawful.

7. Termination of Access

SyneHQ may terminate or suspend access at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse. Upon termination, all rights to access the platform immediately cease. Terms that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect (e.g., warranties, limitations of liability, indemnities).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SyneHQ is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” SyneHQ and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free platform operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyneHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
